| All orders within the Continental U.S. will ship via UPS. Orders will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping & handling. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. ShopDogLA.com can ship internationally- shipping charges will vary based on destination and order size. International customers will be contacted during order processing to confirm additional shipping charges.
Returns:
ShopDogLA.com allows the return of unworn and unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt.
All returns must be sent back to ShopDogLA.com using a pre-paid shipping method (UPS, FedEx, & Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation).
Returned merchandise will be re-entered into inventory and a refund or exchange will be issued within 5 business days. ShopDogLA.com is not responsible for lost and damaged returns.
